Flower orders - same day and next day delivery - orders taken in advance. Mainland, UK and Ireland: 5 - 10 working days. Offshore UK and Europe: 28 working days. Worldwide: 28 working days. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and may require collection from your local post office if they are unable to deliver. Please note that for security reasons overseas orders and orders of large value may be subject to additional security checks and the dispatch of the orders may therefore be delayed. SHIPPING CHARGES. Please telephone for prices. TERMS and CONDITIONS. All orders can be paid for by the methods specified. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched once payment has cleared. Unfortunately, you cannot pay in instalments. Payment made by Pay Pal, accepts most major credit cards or directly if you have a Pay Pal account. For orders outside of the UK, payment will be converted automatically by the card company at their current exchange rate. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS. We want you to be satisfied when you order with us. If you are dissatisfied with your product /goods you may cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days, from receipt of the goods; you will receive a refund within 28 working days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them. They must be returned in a state where they can be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Wildearth Arts' Will not accept returns of: 1 - Fresh/ disposable or perishable goods ( e.g - flowers). 2 - Goods made to the customers personal specifications. 3 - Items that have been deliberately damaged. Bulk orders are only returnable at the suppliers discretion. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the merchant Wildearth Arts'- It is recommended you use recorded delivery or a tracking service as proof of shipping is not proof or receipt. Only, if the goods are faulty will the postage cost be refunded. All returns are to be sent to the address at the top of the invoice. It is important you enclose a covering letter, with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and the reason for your return. (Please specify, whether your require a refund or exchange - we cannot guarantee that we will have the same item ordered in stock and you may be offered an alternative item). PAYPAL.
